Cancellation Policy:

• A 24 Hour cancellation notice is required.
  
  
• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of services booked.
  
  
• Appointments not kept will be charged 100% of the services booked.

Late Arrival:

• Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.
  
  
• Your treament will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
  
  
• The full value of your treatment will be charged.
