Missed getting here on my birthday in early January and I have been feeling deprived.  Winter took a bite of my energy sores and I am focusing on building it up reflecting a lot on where my energies went so am making changes.  Clearing out toxic relationships.  Surrounding myself with passive love.  Eliminating media noise and messages surrounding myself with beautiful music, art, colors.  Stretching and strengthening my body enjoying my friends company more.  Not working so hard – God always make sure I have everything I need.  Finding 5 good people/souls I respect to keep them close to me.  Being generous VS being used.  I enjoy the solitude and reflection and feeling the energy of a lot of good women here.

Happy birthday to my wonderful sister Angela!   It’s my first time at the Lynnwood location – it’s fun exploring and enjoying all the different rooms.  Thanks for having such a unique place to come relax!!!

What a wonderful way to spend my tax return! Nothing like getting money from the MAN and spending it on a woman!!!

I firmly believe that every woman should be allowed one (at least) spa day a month…… We’d probably be a lot happier and then we wouldn’t have to complain about us so much.  I feel amazing here, and I’m looking forward to all the great opportunities I will encounter with help form the great mother.  There to love and happiness for us all – Blessed be

Another beautiful spa experience J  coming to Olympus always helps me to remember pleasure in simple things.  A quiet and blissful evening is the best way to end the day in a loving and relaxing environment like this.  Thank you Olympus!  I will return for many more entries.  Blessed be all who come here.  Than you God for such a beautiful resting place along many of life’s journeys.

Happy birthday Jess!  What a great way to celebrate with a friend!  We enjoyed a body wrap (Wow I never knew I could sweat so much) and then the pools. My all time favorite though are the different rooms.  Each is relaxing and seems so luxurious as you just lay there and contemplate life.  I can’t wait to come again. 

P.S. you have to go in the 60 degree pool even if it seems insane – it will wake you right upJ
