I was a little weary on exposing myself as I am typically a modest woman.  But then I remembered these are my birth clothes – this is who and what I am.  I must embrace my body because it is always offering me so much.  Such beautiful home stay it creates.  Thank you!!

The whole crew decided we needed a break from life and what better than taking it here!  Personally my first scrub EVER and I LOVED IT!  Took a while to get over the sensation of my skin being ground off with sandpaper but now I feel the cleanest I’ve ever felt.  I really think that there is no better place to escape from funeral planning, work, and school than this place right here.  I think all of us will agree that when life gives you lemons, toss them in the fridge and head to the spa!!!

Yet another magnificent day on our planet earth that’s evolving perfectly and balanced with us humans and every living creature around me.  There’s nothing more I could ask for at this moment since it is so perfect and flowing gently with my mind, body and spirit.  Such a relaxing day here at the spa (1st time by the way, Whoohoo for me!)  Thanks for Robin the most awesome, for bringing me here with her.

It’s my second time here and it seems even more magical then the first time.  After a long few weeks, at school this is the perfect impromptu place to just let go and relax.  Well off to a pool I go.
