Seafood Pancake
Ingredient:
1) Pancake mix
2) Seafood (shrimp, scallop)
*You may purchase the frozen seafood mix at any Korean grocery store.*
3) Soy sauce
How to make:
1) Mix the Pancake mix as you would to make pancake.
*You don’t want to mixture to be thick or watery*
2) Rinse the seafood in water, drain well so there’s no extra water added to the mix.
3) Mix the mixture just enough to cover the ingredients.
4) Heat the pan on high and lower it as it gets hot.
5) Cover the pan with grease.
6) Use scooper to pour the portion onto the pan
* The thickness of the pancake should be about ½ in.*
7) Pour soy sauce in a small dish.
Now you may enjoy your pancake with soy sauce.
