Seafood Porridge (For 3 servings)

 

Ingredient:

 

1) 1 cup of rice (have the rice soak in the water for 30min)

2) 3 tbsp of pine nuts (recommended)

3) 5 cup of water

4) 3.5 oz of any sea food you like (3.5 oz for each seafood)

5) 3.5 oz of mushrooms

6) 2 tbsp of Sesome oil

7) Salt or Soy Sauce to add little bit of flavor

 

How to make:

 

1.     Chop the seafood and mushroom to small pieces.

2.     Fry the pine nut without any oil.

3.     In a pot fry the rice with some sesome oil. (To give little taste)

4.     Add seafood and mushroom to #3 and add 8 cups of water, let it sit to boil.(stir occasionally.)

5.     After it has boiled and cooked add rest of the water.(lower the heat)

6.     When the rice is fully cooked add the pine nuts and stir, so the pine nut is evenly spread.

7.     Now you may enjoy the Seafood Porridge by adding little bit of soy sauce or salt for the taste.
