Ingredient:
- 1/2lbs Ground beef /pork
- 4 oz Tofu
- 1/2 Onion
- 5 Green Onion
- 1/3 Green Bell Pepper
- 1/5 Carrots
- 1 1/2 table spoon of Garlic (gound or chopped)
- Salt and Pepper
- 4 Egg
- Flour
- Soy and Sesame sauce
- Ginger powder (optional)
How to Make:
- First chop all the veggies into small pieces. (set them a side)
- Drain the tofu so its dry, then you would want to crush them (it'll be easier if you place tofu into clean gauze!)
- Then you want to mix the meat, chop veggies, tofu into a small- medium size bowl. Season with 1/2 table spoon of garlic, salt, pepper and ginger powder(just a tab)
- Now we'll add more season to #3 by adding 1 egg, 1 tbs of garlic, 1tb of sesame and soy sauce, and agian with salt and pepper. And mix the ingredient together!!
- Make small meat patty about a size thats less than your palm.
- In a flat tray pour 1 cup of flour evenly and 1 egg in a small bowl and pre heat the pan with oils.
- Cover the meat patty with the flour then with egg and place them into the pan to be cook.
- Now you may enjoy meat patty. It's called Dong-Gal-A-Ddang!!
