  Ingredient:

  1. 1/2lbs Ground beef /pork
  2. 4 oz Tofu
  3. 1/2 Onion
  4. 5 Green Onion
  5. 1/3 Green Bell Pepper
  6. 1/5 Carrots
  7. 1 1/2 table spoon of Garlic (gound or chopped)
  8. Salt and Pepper
  9. 4 Egg
  10. Flour
  11. Soy and Sesame sauce
  12. Ginger powder (optional)

 

How to Make:

 

  1. First chop all the veggies into small pieces. (set them a side)
  2. Drain the tofu so its dry, then you would want to crush them (it'll be easier if you place tofu into clean gauze!)
  3. Then you want to mix the meat, chop veggies, tofu into a small- medium size bowl. Season with 1/2 table spoon of garlic, salt, pepper and ginger powder(just a tab)
  4. Now we'll add more season to #3 by adding 1 egg, 1 tbs of garlic, 1tb of sesame and soy sauce, and agian with salt and pepper. And mix the ingredient together!!
  5. Make small meat patty about a size thats less than your palm.
  6. In a flat tray pour 1 cup of flour evenly and 1 egg in a small bowl and pre heat the pan with oils.
  7. Cover the meat patty with the flour then with egg and place them into the pan to be cook.
  8. Now you may enjoy meat patty. It's called Dong-Gal-A-Ddang!!
