Ingredient:
- Rice cake (duk po ki) - may purchase in any Korean store it's already cooked and in a package in a long tiny round cakes.
- Butter - 1/4 stick of butter
- Sugar - 1/4 cup (may add cinnamon)
- Skewer - 10
How to Make:
- First you would need to cut the rice cake into three sections.
Note: if you are not going to make this recipe on the same day you have purchased, recommend to put it in the freezer. Before cooking have it soak in warm water until soften.
- Stick in 3 to 4 piece into the skewer.
- Melt the butters and apply on the rice cakes.
- Pre heat the pan in med high and gradually reduce the heat when cooking the rice cakes.
Note: cook till its lightly golden brown on the out side
- Pour the sugar and (cinnamon) onto a flat tray and cover the rice cake with the sugar. Or you may use it as a dip.
- Now we have delicious snack for you to enjoy.
