FAMILY AND PARENTING

Childbirth Preparation

Option 1 : Seven week-night sessions and a reunion held later

Option 2 : Four Saturday half-day sessions and a reunion held later

Labor and Birth Refresher Course

Parents prepare for their new born baby.

Meets monthly

New Moms and Babies Group

Join other new moms with babies up to 6 months old.

Taught by a registered nurse/lactation specialist

Sibling Class

Parents: Bring children ages 3 to 10 years to prepare for baby’s arrival

CPR AND SAFETY

Pediatric CPR

Parents, babysitters and day care providers learn CPR for children from birth to age 7.

Pediatric First Aid

Parents, foster parents and day care providers learn CPR for infants and children.

Feb 11 and 13 or April 14 and 16

Babysitting 101

Children ages 11 and older learn child care and safety skills.  Youth groups and clubs are welcome.

Adult Heartsaver CPR

Learn CPR techniques and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
